Lasting Impressions Auto Detailing

I dealt with a stubborn, musty odor for months after a water spill in the back seat that I just couldn't get rid of. After one day with Uriah at Lasting Impressions, the odor is completely gone. I only booked and paid for an interior detail, but he went above and beyond by giving the exterior a quick clean as well. While I was there, I got a look inside the shop and saw the team expertly installing stealth PPF on a Black F150 Raptor. Incredibly impressed with their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer service. Highly recommend!

First, let me say how distraught I was over what happened to my 3-month-old “new baby” (my BMW). I had a brand-new bottle of liquor in a bag on my back seat during one of those scorching hot days. After sitting in the heat all day, the pressure caused the cork to pop, and the liquor leaked all over my seat. Unfortunately, I also had important papers on the seat, so the alcohol soaked through everything and discolored my entire leather seat. By the time I realized what had happened, it was the end of the day. Naturally, I rushed back to BMW, but replacing the seat would have cost thousands of dollars. That’s when I was referred to Lasting Impressions. From the moment I walked in, Uriah and his staff were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. They took the time to explain exactly what had happened, what my options were, and how they could restore my seat. Uriah confidently assured me my car would look just like it did before the damage.

Lasting Impressions did an excellent job installing the full Track Pack PPF on my 2026 GR Corolla. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the film itself that required it to be replaced. Instead of giving me the runaround or making excuses, they immediately took responsibility, got me scheduled, and replaced the entire installation. That’s a huge amount of work and expense on their end, but they did it without hesitation because they stand behind the quality of their work and care about their customers. If you’re looking for a shop that truly honors its workmanship and takes care of its clients, I highly recommend Lasting Impressions.

The team at Lasting Impressions were professional and efficient. This was my first experience with them and I appreciated the consultation, feedback, and willingness to answer questions about products and services. The environment was relaxed and I was able to set up my laptop and get work done while waiting.

You will Not CANNOT FIND A BETTER DETAIL CAR SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE IN CHARLOTTE. THEY CAN DO EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING. I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY WITH THEM DETAILING COMPLETELY AND WRAPPING MY MERCEDES GTS. IT LOOKS FABULOUS AND IS 10 years old any only 20k miles. Looks brand new inside and out. Ceramic coating in and out. Window tinting. You name it—they do it. And nobody does it better. Even powder coated my exhaust tips black to match carbon fiber. U cannot go wrong here.
